Internal and strip-out demolition is more precise work than a knockdown: it is about removing exactly what is changing, cleanly, without damaging what is staying.

A disused pool is a liability and a common thing to remove — to reclaim the yard, cut maintenance and insurance, or clear the way for a build. Pool removal is its own job, and the part that matters most is the part most often done badly: backfilling and compacting properly so the ground doesn't subside months later.
